What music do you force to, if any?

I don't actively force to any music, but during our passive sessions, she chooses whatever we listen to. Usually more rocking songs, but it could be whatever.

I don't listen to music while I'm forcing because I tend to make music videos in my head when I should be focusing on my tulpa. I've put rain or train sounds in the background before, though, and that calmed me down during forcing sessions.

I enjoy ambient music or something that doesn't have a lot of distracting rhythm. I usually put on rain sounds or various different soundscapes with binaural beats.

I like to listen to music with strange lyrics, and imagine my tulpa in some sort of surreal music video. Like..."Apricot Sun (Vocaloid)." Or if I'm focusing on Wonderland, I listen to "location" type of music, like..."Northern Luxerion Morning. (Lightning Returns OST)"

I have three main songs that I force to, existing songs that (at least two of them anyway) are identified to us as 'their theme'.

 

"Dash's Theme": "The Highwind Takes Flight" from Final Fantasy VII.

"Ruby's Theme": "High Charity" from Halo 2 (Also plays in Halo: Anniversary as the "Keyes" terminal.

 

and the main forcing song I use is "Gwyn, Lord of Cinder" (hurray for 30 minute extension) from Dark Souls. I have others, but those are the main three I force too. If referring to wonderland building, I have a 1000 song playlist for that. XD

 

Another main, occasional song I use is "Judgement Day", also from FFVII.
