Tip For Those Stuggling to Visualize

WhiiteRussian

Question

I had a bit of trouble visualizing at first but after playing around with my method a bit I closed my eyes, and covered my eyes with my arm or any object that wouldn't suffocate me.

The instant I did this, it forced me to enter my "dream mode" and I could vividly see my tulpa's image.

Before I would try to enter a wonderland but I couldn't help but see my room while trying to create a blank space for my Tulpa.

Now the blank room is I guess my template for a future wonderland I plan to make (for now it is just a black emptiness with the platform my Tulpa is lying on).

I suggest this only if you are early on and struggling with seeing the tulpa like I was. If you want, just try it, cover your face with one arm and visualize your Tulpa. The arm blocks the minds natural impulse to imagine the room it is in I guess.

Approved for Tips and Tricks. Are we aiming to have have only one guide of a kind, then disapproved (we do have a blindfold guide already). We should be consistent with this: there are already some guides whose originality is questionable which are also being approved (that is, another guide which presented the same techniques was approved).

Approved for T&T.

I like the only one guide of a kind deal. And the rest that are very similar to the already approved guide, we could link as related. Perhaps a tag, for guides that are supplementary to other guides.

Um, what?

Disapproved.

It's one thing to have two guides that have a similar tip but both have different things they concentrate on more than the other. The guides, if approved, should be helpful on their own but also give some extra help somewhere else if the person decides to read both of the similar guides.

This one's tip is identical to a guide that was already approved, and the other guide just was plain written better. It went into much more detail and explained more than just saying wow block light!!! So, if I read both this and the other guide, this one wouldn't give me any extra help and the other is superior in every way.

And a few guides have already been disapproved or discussed and leaning towards disapproved once they actually are put up for approval exactly because they bring nothing new to the table.
