Ways to remember to narrate

I have a small dragon necklace with a sapphire set in it to remind me of Saphira. I can't wear it occasionally for the risk of raising questions I would rather not have asked. I don't have much else to add here, but perhaps phone reminders aren't the best thing in public places. If a friend who does not know (of your tulpa) sees a reminder saying "REMEMBER TO NARRATE TO *insert name here*. Not the best. It becomes second nature eventually. Just find something, anything that reminds you of them. What I've done is if you have an image of them or reminds you of them, set that as your background/screensaver on any devices you use regularly.

My smartphone (blackberry z10) has a feature to display text of your choosing on the lock screen right under the clock so I just put my tulpas name there.
