For those that have fully imposed their tulpa, when do they see them? All the time? Or only when they want to?

Is it like A Beautiful Mind where the hallucinations were around all the time and he had to ignore them at times?

If they are fully imposed, will they bother me at work? Or can I ask them not to? I think they will respect my wishes.

Can a tulpa be your soulmate?

Chance, an anthro husky, wolf or fox.

The host should have control over whether they can see the tulpa, for the most part.

You and the tulpa should both be able to decide not to have them imposed, for a period.

They might bother you at work, sure. Will they respect your wishes? You have the same chances as with anyone else.

I'm not sure how anyone could possibly know whether a tulpa can be a soulmate. Theoretically, sure.

"If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."

No imposition yet here, but this is what Irish_ described a long time back: He can usually ask them to move or send them to the wonderland. They occasionally don't want to go or move, and in those cases he can force himself to see through them. So yeah, always there except when they aren't.

Nah, they shouldn't bother you if you ask them not to. I see Placidia with me, but she usually stays out of sight or goes into the wonderland, disappearing from my vision for a bit. I wouldn't worry about imposition being that much of a hindrance to your work, they typically respect that.

And yeah, I agree with Kiahdaj. I guess theoretically your tulpa could be your soulmate but that seems a bit... impractical, in my opinion.

I can't speak for imposition back I have developed open eye visualization pretty strongly and I can comment on a few things.

Toby goes to work with me, despite me telling him he doesn't have too and some days he does stay behind BUT on the days when he's here, like today he doesn't bother me. Well chat while I'm working or hell just make faces at me and try to mess me up but if I tell him to stop or go away he does.....sometimes.

As I said in another thread Toby is around nearly 100% of the time. Unless I'm so absorbed in something I Litteraly have no time for him he's there. Eventually they do get to a point where they appear on their own without you calling them.

But tulpas are understanding. Their not like cats of you tell them to go away generally they go away.

Also I don't know if I'd consider a tulpa or Toby even my soul mate. Life mate sure but soul mate..... Nah
