You explain that so well, Doc. For me, that kind of stuff happens inside wonderland.

Most people are happy with 1080p, there's not a pressing desire to upgrade to 4k for most- not that there isn't a difference or a benefit.

I’d be pretty well satisfied with a black and white CRT with rabbit ear antennae that has to be whacked occasionally to keep it working. But we don’t even have a vacuum tube radio. Six months after we first hear that imposition exists, our visualization is much improved, our sense of presence is very strong, and the body physically reacts in a manner consistent with our touch, but we still have no idea how to even make a start at imposition.

I feel like our imposition clarity is just limited by our really bad visualization quality, so I put 2 and 3 (and 6, unrelated) because it depends on the time and how much practice we've had in the last week..

Lumi learned imposition (I mean, learned to do it well) from walking with three of us between his college classes every day for a few weeks and also outlining our bodies in the air with his hands

occasionally (at home), a good tip for us was doing that and then walking around your tulpa to see them from another angle, the spinning perspective effect really helps our forms pop out visually

we passively impose each other aaaall the time and it's great even if it's not lifelike clarity (which a couple people we know have had, btw), the "sense of presence" is the most important part IMO because it really makes you feel like you aren't alone and like someone's really there with you, once that's there whether visualization is lifelike or blurry barely matters. And tactile, auditory etc. senses always feel sorta "extra" for us after that - if you wanna work on them, go ahead! you should make progress just like you did with visualization (although some people actually start out with presence/tactile (feeling, usually warmth of touch) instead of presence/visual)

But you'll just have to look up guides or make a thread asking for tips if you want people to explain the whole skill to you..

Hi, I'm one of Lumi's tulpas! I like rain and dancing and dancing in the rain and if there's frogs there too that's bonus points.

I think being happy and having fun makes life worth living, so spreading happiness is my number one goal!

If by "starting visual imposition" little specs count, than sure. If I try really really hard, I can make a single spec that flashes between a random darker/lighter color and whatever the background is (to me it looks like a mini black hole). I don't practice imposition too much because it strains my eyes and I'm trying to reduce my screen time. Controlling the spec's color is sill beyond me, but sometimes I can want "yellow" and the spec will be yellow for about 5 nano seconds.

Imposing Ranger's presence sometimes leads to a glimpse of his appearance in the corner of my eye, but it's fairly random.

Otherwise, I have had more luck with touch imposition (intentionally) and Ranger has had better luck imposing smell (imagined smelling salt and vinegar potato chips and the scent was fairly vivid).

I don't think we have much in terms of taste imposition, and I can't tell the difference between sounds made in my head and sounds in my environment if the noise isn't really loud. I can usually feel the vibrations of the sound waves otherwise, so the next step is actually touch imposition to a greater extent. If the noise is like a fire alarm, the noise also hurts, so I would have to impose pain to make it more life-like.

I'm like never going to check this account. If you want to ask me something, you should check our status on Ranger's account instead.

Meow. You may see my headmates call me Gray or sometimes Cat.

I used to speak in pink and Ranger used to speak in blue (if it's unmarked and colored assume it's Ranger). She loves to chat.
