How did you decide on what form your Tulpa would take?

Nah, got that figured out.

It's just an animated horse. The style I want isn't 1:1 so as long as it doesn't deviate to the show's style it'll be fine.

Besides, can't you change the form/add new forms any time? If you don't like it there's probably a good chance the tulpa won't either.

Indeed what is making it a hard decision is the fact that there's no turning back when it's imposed. Hell, it'd be incredibly hard to turn back at any point in the creation process and it could potentially screw you over. Which is why it's important to pick something you'll want to see likely for the rest of your life all the time.

 

You are right though, tulpatalk. I really don't know how much I would have to deviate from the original character in order to have no identity issues, but I figure it'd have to be almost entirely changed. In that case no matter how much I want a pony tulpa, it's probably not a good idea. Kind of a shame since I was almost entirely decided on a pony tulpa earlier today.

 

But(t) fuck it, I'll still give her the ability to fly as a human. It seems like it'll make it much easier when I get to imposing her on the environment so that if there's no room for her to walk next to me she can just fly above people without interrupting any visualization. Plus the fact that she'd be able to fly is pretty fucking cool in and of itself.

Since I'm trying to capture the "essense" or some other thing of a few people I saw as the same "person" accross multiple dreams, and in the first dream she levitated, I'm also giving her that ability.

 

Also tulpas can retract back into the head/mind/wonderland.

 

And why did you decide on a pony tulpa earlier?

I just saw myself being happier with a pony tulpa rather than a human tulpa. I tried to imagine how I would feel going about my day with either a pony or human tulpa and every time I felt happier imagining a pony tulpa. But even the possibility that I would spend all that time and effort to bring her to life only to have her become depressed with identity issues and feel disappointed in her existence is enough to make me man up and pick something else I suppose.

It's not necessarily that I hate humans, although I do strongly dislike humans to the point where I've intentionally isolated myself from any human interaction for almost two months. But that's another story.

 

As of now I would just enjoy the company of a pony tulpa more than a human. There's not really much else to it since the voice and personality between the human and pony tulpa are identical (at least before actual creation since I'd expect their personalities to develop differently based on their form). But as I've mentioned before, I'm really not sure how I'd feel about it in the future.

I told you why. I feel like I would be more comfortable and happy with a pony tulpa than with a human tulpa. I can't find another way to explain why without rephrasing what I posted before.
