The only reason you still consider a pony tulpa is because you liked them once. You keep telling yourself that you know you might not like them in a few years time yet you still entertain the idea.

No, I honestly would enjoy a pony tulpa more than a human one as of now. I am just using foresight and wondering how I'll feel in the future, so of course I'm being cautious. I've never bothered actually getting into any fandoms until now, so I'm not sure if I'll dislike it in the distant future (about 10 years time). As I've stated before, I think it's hard for anyone who doesn't enjoy the fandom to understand why I would want one over a human.

Trust me, I know what fandom feels like. Mine isn't as... juvenile as yours (no offence) but I can understand liking something so much you feel as if you will never get tired of it.

And we won't, having those happy memories and stuff are great. But if you HAD to be around those memories or talk to them all the time ruins the effect they have. You know about clinging onto things can lessen their effect. If you spent every waking moment surrounded by ponies you would grow to hate them eventually. I'm not saying you will hate your pony tulpa, but will the future you still like them enough to want one around?

Bear in mind you will be 28-35 (you're 18 right? Ish?) with your own car, job, maybe a love life, own place, etc.

Will that guy want a pony with him, or a person? That guy will want the memory, but will he want the pony tulpa?

Thanks. I was trying (and failing) to make him come to that cconclusion on his own, but I gave up after he seemed to not be able to come to that conclusion.

I have an even amount of reasons and excuses for why it'd be better to have a human tulpa or a pony tulpa honestly. So instead of trying to rationalize something as abstract and subjective as a tulpa's form, I'm going to just go with a human.

I figure no matter which way I cut it I'm going to regret my decision at some point in the creation process, but will be satisfied with the end result. But since pony tulpas have a chance of identity issues, while human or original tulpas don't, I'll take the safe bet.

Thank you Avalanche and Tulpatalk for helping me decide. That's a big weight off of my shoulders. And now I can finally start the creation process soon.

Triple fistbump?

Hah, but in all seriousness, I look forward to the resluts you produce.

I made a post but the site went offline, typical.

Anyway I can't do a human because I feel like Lucid does, except a bit stronger. I'm almost disgusted by the human body honestly (though I don't feel "dirty"), even in my wonderland the only refrence to them is disturbing parodies.

Besides, there are several things I could have made into a tulpa years ago and still wouldn't have gotten sick of it. It's not like I'm 12, I've experinced a bit of life already.

Though, I do agree with the "getting sick of pony" thing, I did once before but then kinda got over it(?). The form I want is kinda OC but I am working on making it more original and personal so I'll be sure I don't get sick of it. If the image is original enough it won't matter if it's a pony, the form will only remind me of my tulpa and nothing else.

This hot empty painting should be locked and towed.
