Archangel February 4, 2015 February 4, 2015 I was just wondering if I have to narrate to my tulpa all the time. I'm able to get their name to pop into my head every couple minutes, but I just can't think of enough stuff to say, so I usually just forget to direct my thoughts to them. I'm just stressing that I'm doing this wrong because I don't want the process to take longer than it needs to. Also does singing in your head count too?

So does interacting with them by a whole variety of other means. If you can do double vision where you can see and do things in outerworld (what most folks around here call the physical world) and inside (wonderland) simultaneously, then a lot of possibilities open up.
