I am a new tulpamancer, and I was wondering what are some of the ways that you narrate or passive force to your tulpa(s) because I=narration can get boring, and I would like to see what you have found that is fun and effective. Thanks :)

V: My host didn't narrate much for me, but I would suggest sharing your memories and retelling old stories, like fairytales. They're interesting for young people, so why wouldn't they be interesting for young tulpas? They often have a "moral of the story," too, so they can be good for "programming" good values into a tulpa.

If you want to take advice from someone whose tulpa isn't vocal and whose narration is probably about as exciting as yours:

Anything. Literally anything. Watch a movie and narrate your thoughts. Brush your teeth and explain the significance of good dental care. Talk about how you don't know what to talk about. Narration, like conversation, has its share of dull moments, and I don't think there's any surefire way to make it fun. Yesterday, I was unloading groceries and trying to narrate. An excerpt of this incredibly engaging monologue: "These are canned crushed tomatoes. They are good for making sauce. There are probably other things you can do with them, but I don't know many canned crushed tomato recipes."

I find it better to embrace and laugh about how dull it can be rather than frustrate myself trying to come up with alternatives. Personally, I'm trying to do things I normally do by myself, just while narrating to a companion.

Telling stories to your tulpa sounds more fun, though. That's probably a better alternative.

Tell them a dumb story about whatever is happening at the moment, use twenty dollar words for one dollar actions.Or just make shit up,that works too.

[^^^^^^ This.]

Well who's to say you have to keep narrating all the time? As a tulpa I will have you know that a box of spoons can provide more entertainment for us all than talking about stuff we already see in front of us can. Like you can imagine these ASCII faces on some spoons and then throw them up in the air with some ASCII rocket launcher things and make this whole sort of adventure. I mean your already imagining something that is only sort of real so you might as well go all the way with it.

Or you could give them a sketch pad with some colored marker things and see if they draw up anything cool. Or you could like give them a set of legos or something and then work with them and build something. You could even give them some metal parts and tell them to build a battle robot or something but that might get out of hand rather quickly. Some tulpas like to watch the world burn after all.

She streamed some images in lieu of the above text in part (ASCII text stuff in particular), but I translated it all to words for readability.
