Need advice

So, as some may know, I've been working on my tulpa a lot as of late. Unfortunately, though, thinks have been busy and I haven't natrated/visualized my tulpa in a week or so. Do I need to restart or can I just continue where I was?

You can continue from where you left off, especially if you hadn't made a ton of progress to begin with. Restarting the process would just reinforce the things you already did, but I don't think that backtracking is really necessary, dude.

Maybe you're doing a little worse in visualisation or so, but your tulpa is still in the same state in which you left him.
