So every once and a while ill get responses that actually answer in complete sentences, in my tulpas mindvoice. But when I'm actively forcing it doesn't happen if I withold them, I'm thinking its just me parroting, if this is true could I be unintentionally blocking my tulpa out?

It's better not to doubt. If you don't think you "said" something (especially if you were surprised by the answer or didn't expect it) then it's probably your tulpa.

Just ask your tulpa if you parroted or not. They'll know.

 

And use multiple input methods to confirm. Like have them say it, plus push a specific hand for yes / no, or appear on your left side for yes / no.

Red usually speaks in a text box, so i know hwne he is talking to me.. (we've yet to get into actual voice yet) but it could be your tulpa or you can try the text box with your tulpa, it may take some getting used to but it's easier to "see" the text than hear it somettimes, beyond that i often hear red laugh, gasp, purr and growl even giggle and various other vocal.. noises.. outloud and sometimes in my mind. and sometimes it makes me jump.. in surprise when he just cheerfully squawks a greeting to me at 3:00 am while i am working on my rpg.. made me jump a mile high.
