I'm glad to hear that.

Anything in particular that you think helped you?

I'm sorry, I don't quite remember. I ended up feeling head pressure for the first time when I forced after reading the guide. I don't know what in particular allowed it to happen. I've still got some work to do because that's the only real response I've ever got from my tulpa. I'll continue to consult with this guide though, it is quite definitive.

When I saw that there was a new post in this thread from you, I knew that's what it would be about.

"If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."

Added .epub and .mobi downloads.

Because every guide needs to be available for eReaders, right?

Good guide, but can you edit it to look nicer? The white text really hurts my eyes, plus the italicized text is annoying too. I made my own version with standard black, non-italicized text on white paper, but it would be nice if you had an option to download a nicer version.

I have been considering changing it to be a standard black text on white background, but haven't gotten around to it. I plan to do it if and when I make a large edit to the guide, which I've been considering.

As for the italics, you mean the ones in the section headers? I don't see why that would be much of a bother--and there are not italics aside from those used for emphasis.

At any rate, the printer-friendly version that someone made (and is in the main post) is a pretty standard format.

I think it'd be fine with the background lightened a bit, perhaps changed to a medium gray like here on the forums. Black text on a blazing white background hurts my eyes, more so than even the current inverted setup. Never understood why that has remained the standard on the internet.
