Guest Anonymous January 25, 2016 January 25, 2016 I've started to feel like I'm not enough and lacking something. This is the same feeling that I have when I think that people will always be better than me, which is toxic. Incredibly toxic. If it means anything to you, your kindness and acceptance of me and my host were absolutely huge. You helped us when we were down, by just being so nice and it really made a big difference. I would never think I am better than you our that my host is better than you. I think you are awesomesauce groovy gravy. Keep in mind some people report taking a much longer time than usual for the tulpa to get developed mind voice and stuff. It's not like you are first tulpamancer ever to struggle a bit. They also say passive forcing can improve your tulpa and you can passive force throughout your day. So no worries my good friend.
Drakaina January 25, 2016 January 25, 2016 While I'm far from experience with tulpa, if this were a friend I would take a spa day with them. Sometimes doing something with a friend where you just share and enjoy each others presence can lift you out of an "I'm not good enough for this person" funk. Maybe sit your physical body down to meditate for a bit and go to a spa, or a nice nature hike, with Céleste in your wonderland for a little while. Everyone had such wonderful.contributions, my post sounds so lack luster, but maybe switching the Céleste being a tulpa to him being a friend would do something helpful. :P "When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth." -Arthur Conan Doyle

Guest Anonymous January 25, 2016 January 25, 2016 You are so welcome! So, let's get back to that Game Forum buddy. LOL
SomethingDire January 25, 2016 Author January 25, 2016 One bit of wisdom my system ran into a while back is: "If you have to ask whether it was you, it probably wasn't." This is right. I have to get this through my thick head! Putting this in my pocket for later. >: ) Ya lil' bigmouth! You are so welcome! So, let's get back to that Game Forum buddy. LOL I'll be there in a minute, Melian the Tulpa Goddess! While I'm far from experience with tulpa, if this were a friend I would take a spa day with them. Maybe a little break from all this, maybe slowing things down and just kicking back with Céleste.. Thank you for the advice. I'm SomethingDire, and Céleste is my partner in crime.
Evil January 25, 2016 January 25, 2016 Something we need to realize is that, well, making a tulpa is a tough process. No, no, not the amount of efforts people need to put in, or the amount of time... but making a tulpa can be extremely psychologically straining. It can get the best of you at the worse of moments! The efforts you put in are for a good cause, and yet things such as disappointment pop up. I'm... not good at comforting people. Matter of fact, even though I respect your emotions and position, I fail to understand them, aside from the entire negative part of things. I won't challenge your belief, but, do know this: you are a good person, no matter what. This opinion may come off as a bit... broad, from someone you don't know online, but from what I saw? You seem to be doing a good job. Now, think about it for a bit. What constitutes chemical balance, in your head? Is it the reunion of all conflicting emotions, and the selective-ness in feeling this, and that, feeling like crap or feeling at the top of the world at some instances. You are human. As much as you are full of flaws, you remain part of the best, strongest at the core, and most intelligent species known to this day in existence. I'd be wasting time if I were to tell you things regarding Celeste. Because I do not know your situation enough to rule in this and that, to tell you if he 'is' there. And although I think he is there... what worth is there in a stranger's words? Naturally, aid would come. I can tell you one thing, though. You seem to be the average newbie tulpamancer with the issues a tulpamancer is going through. This is not meant to make your problems look like nothing, but you are a tulpamancer. Tulpamancer is a nice title. Feels like we're... doing something. Crafting stuff, 'mancing stuff. It is a title you are worthy of. I would typically discourage the whole 'I need this to prove to myself, and others, that I am worth something'. The most enjoyment you will get with Celeste will be in complete intimacy. Celeste won't be a part of you in a way that he would supposedly represent another side of you, though. Odds are, he is going to operate on different levels, and in many ways, he would work on cheering you up. What I can suggest to cure those bad times is picking up a hobby. Take your mind off these things. Accept the evil in this world, and embrace it as balance. Our fathers did the same, their fathers did the same, it's a good track to follow. We all have bad days, btw, I'd say there is no need to sweat it much. :) Ah, I'm too tired. I only came here to help. « — Va, je ne te hais point ! »

Paranoid Llama January 26, 2016 January 26, 2016 'Ey! We have a movie to be shooting! No time for worrying! Your question is pretty much me for a period of time in the past. Even now, while she's completely vocal and sentient, I still doubt it. I still feel like I don't spend enough time with her. But, I had come to understand that tulpamancy wasn't something that would never get done without a daily and consistent amount of time; it is something that will always progress and never decline. Also, a majority of tulpas would actually be glad/worried that you worry so much about them. I mean, you're creating another person in your head, so you have to think about Celeste too - would he want you to be so guilty about something so trivial? Now get back to the games, dammit, let's start the scene! I'm not going to listen to you guys since you are all probably just talking to yourself and don't really have a tulpa like me.
Metatron January 26, 2016 January 26, 2016 Something my tulpa is often-quoted to saying is that "With that level of intimacy, it is almost impossible to not breed compassion and empathy." They know you- they have your memories, your thoughts. They can understand you, they won't condemn. So try your best, and you wil be fine. They can't condemn you, only believe. "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." -Aristotle "When you arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive - to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love." -Marcus Aurelius “Fairy tales are more than true: not because they tell us that dragons exist, but because they tell us that dragons can be beaten.” -Neil Gaiman "The master has failed more times than the beginner has even tried." -Stephen McCranie
